The Routemaster is at home at any sporting event

Probably the most popular of The Arriva Heritage Fleet used for sporting events is RMC1464, the “open topper”.

Just imagine collecting your guests in one of London’s most iconic symbols, and taking a leisurely drive to, say, Henley for the regatta, Twickenham Sevens or Windsor Great Park for a Polo match.  What better backdrop for your picnic and Champagne reception than a bright red London bus!

Then of course there’s Football, our open top bus has served Premiership and local football teams alike in their celebrations.

It’s also a regular at race meetings.  As one of our regular race goers said: “Derby Day just wouldn’t be the same without an open top bus”.
